This notice explains what personal data Auramatic Greens collects through auramaticgreens.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet the requirements of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Auramatic Greens is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form on this website:
- your name
- your e-mail address
- your phone number
- the message you write, and anything you choose to put in it
- any file you deliberately attach to the form
We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this form, any government ID number, bank or card details, or health information.
Our web server keeps a short technical record of requests (IP address, time, page) that our hosting provider generates automatically. Your IP address is also used, in a one-way hashed form, purely to stop the same person flooding the enquiry form. It is never stored against your name and is discarded within an hour.
3. Why we collect it
For one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or rent it to anybody.
4. On what basis
On your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form before you send it. The box is never pre-ticked. If you do not tick it, the form does not send.
5. Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered as an e-mail to our own inbox. The only other parties involved are the hosting company that runs this website and the e-mail provider that carries the message. They act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Some pages embed a Google Map so you can find our office. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address. That is Google’s own processing and is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
6. How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to deal with you, and in any case not longer than one year after our last contact with you, unless you have become a client and a law requires us to keep records for longer. After that it is deleted from our inbox.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site sets one cookie: a session cookie that makes the anti-spam question on the enquiry form work. It carries no personal data and disappears when you close your browser. We do not run advertising or profiling cookies on this site.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it;
- correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date;
- erase it, when we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for;
- act on a complaint through our grievance process below;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become incapable.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to auramaticgreens@gmail.com with the word “withdraw” and we will stop using your data and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing does not make anything we did before that unlawful.
We answer these requests within the time the Rules allow. To help us find your record, please write from the same e-mail address you used on the form.
9. Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not track children or show them behavioural advertising. If you believe a child has sent us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. How we protect it
This site runs as plain PHP files. It has no database, no login, no admin panel and no file storage of its own, so there is nothing on the server holding a list of your data. The enquiry form is protected against automated abuse and against being used to send mail to anyone other than us. The site is served over HTTPS.
If a personal data breach ever happens, we will inform the people affected and report it to the Data Protection Board of India within the time the Rules require.
